Because The Family Care File and other Care Command Centre products are digital downloads that you receive instantly, I don't offer refunds for change of mind.

If there's a problem with your files, such as a download that won't work, a file that won't open, or a product that isn't as described, please contact me at [your email] and I'll fix it or provide a refund.

This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
